Many of you will know under normal circumstances my car is out and about regardless of how cold the weather is, unless the roads have been gritted or are likely to be flooded, hence the fur hat and windproof jacket in the photograph.
Obviously the spring sunshine is very welcome though and I cannot wait for the slightest excuse (or none at all) to get the cover off and enjoy some ‘top down’
driving. Until recently finding a locally based navigator has been a slight problem, but I have high hopes that will be solved very soon and we will be taking more of a part in planned drives than I have done for some years.
My car has had a ground up restoration over the past few years and is now a delight to drive, causing much attention in the new paint work which is back
to the original, exported colour and near as can be matched sensibly, Iris Blue.
